A total of fifty classes to be conducted in the entire year i.e. once in a week as per timetable. The duration of the class will be 2 hours, for higher groups like Watercolor, portrait it might take longer.
Two Days compulsory off in a year for all.
Minimum age for student’s enrolment would be 4 years.
Drawing kit to be provided to student in the class (Included in Enrollment fees).
The two classes that would be mandatory off in a year will not affect the fees for the month. The holidays will be informed well in advance to each of our students and most probably will fall during festive seasons. However, if there is any other cancellation of class from our end, either the class will be compensated or the fees will be reduced accordingly.
If any student has missed any class for a particular month, compensation of class would be done through videos (From basic group videos will be provided).
It is mandatory for every new joiner to fill Student Enrollment form in the website. Upon successful enrollment of the student, an automated mail will be sent to you for the further process.
Student need to fill NON APPEARANCE FORM, if he/she is not going to attend the classes for the entire month(NA for missing a single Class).
Any misbehavior in the class with the teachers will not be tolerated and student will not be allowed to attend the sessions thereafter.

Note : If strength of particular center will be less than 10 we have the rights to close that particular center.
(Not Applicable for New Centers)

For new joiners, one time enrollment fees (Non Refundable), along with the montly fees to be paid before students takes his/her first class across all our center’s.Without enrollment student is not allowed in the class, at the end of the class Analysis feedback will be provided.
Monthly fees should be paid in advance i.e. before or till 15th of every month. Name of the student paying fees would be noted down in a Register, invoice to be generated thereafter.
For a new student if he/she is coming in the middle of the month fee will be half of the monthly fees. (Applicable only for the first month).
If parent/guardian fails to pay monthly fees or late fees in any circumstances ,the particular student will be debarred/removed from classes thereafter.
Due date of fees Payment is 15th of every month. If paid after due date Rs 50/- per day should be paid as late fee charge.
If the student is absent for any class/classes, it will not affect the fee for that particular month. THE FEE WILL REMAIN THE SAME. i.e (Fees is non Refundable).

You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by placing an order with rartworks and they will prevail over any other document or communication.
Your order is considered placed after you have completed the order form and payment has been made.
Payment for stationery items is required prior to beginning your order. After ordering, the stationery will be delivered in the next class.
Please note that the payment must be made online. confirmation will be sent to registered Whatsapp number for all stationery ordered.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information on the order form is correct. This includes the spelling of the student name and the centre name.
We regret that we cannot offer a refund. unless the product is not damaged.
Product prices are listed on our website. rartworks reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Rartworks strives to ensure that all information contained on our website is accurate and that descriptions and images are a true representation of our products.
Materials and colors cannot always be accurately represented on a computer screen. We reserve the right to substitute materials for similar products if the materials are unavailable. However, will always notify the customer if we need to replace a product with a product that is materially different from that shown or described on our website.
Rartworks will not share your personal data with third parties and will not send you any marketing material.

Note : Students who are not enrolled with RartWorks classes will not be able to place their order.
