Class Policy

Drawing classes Policies
  1. Class Schedule and Duration :
    • A total of 50 classes will be conducted throughout the year, with one class held each week as per the timetable.
    • Each class will be 2 hours long. For higher groups such as Watercolor and Portrait, the duration may be longer.
  2. Holidays:
    • There will be two compulsory holidays for all students in the year.
    • These holidays will be announced well in advance, likely coinciding with festive seasons.
    • These two holidays will not affect the monthly fees.
    • If additional classes are cancelled by us, they will either be compensated with extra classes or the fees will be adjusted accordingly.
  3. Enrollment and Attendance:
    • Minimum age for enrollment is 4 years.
    • A drawing kit will be provided to each student in the class, included in the enrollment fees.
    • It is mandatory for every new joiner to fill out the Student Enrollment Form on the website. After successful enrollment, an automated mail will be sent with further instructions.
    • Students must fill out the NON-APPEARANCE FORM if they will not attend classes for an entire month. This is not required for missing a single class.
    • If a student misses any class during a particular month, compensation will only be provided if prior notice of the leave is given.
  4. Behavior and Conduct:
    • Any misbehavior with teachers will not be tolerated. Students exhibiting such behavior will be prohibited from attending future sessions.
  5. Center Operations:
    • If the strength of a particular center falls below 10 students, we reserve the right to close that center. This does not apply to new centers.

Note: All policies are subject to change at the discretion of the management.

Payment Policy

  1. Enrollment Fees:
    • A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee is required for all new joiners.
    • Enrollment and the first month’s fees must be paid before the student can attend any classes at any of our centers.
    • Students without enrollment are not permitted in class.
    • An analysis feedback will be provided at the end of the class.
  2. Monthly Fees:
    • Monthly fees must be paid in advance, by the 5th of each month.
    • The names of students paying fees will be recorded in a register, and invoices will be generated subsequently.
  3. Mid-Month Enrollment:
    • New students joining in the middle of the month will pay half of the monthly fees for the first month only.
  4. Late Payment:
    • A late fee of Rs.100/- will be charged for payments received after the due date.
    • If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the student may be temporarily suspended from the class until payment is made.
  5. Absenteeism Policy
    • Fees remain the same regardless of the student’s attendance.
    • Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Students taking a break of three months or more will be marked as discounted.
    • To rejoin, students must email the admission team and pay the re-enrollment fee.
    • If a student has discontinued classes for six months or more, they must re-enroll and pay the enrollment fee again.
  6. Payment Structure:
    • Fees for 1-month, 2-month, 3-month and 6-month plans must be paid in full at the time of admission.
    • These plans include compensation classes as outlined in the specific plan agreement.
    • Compensation classes will be provided as per the plan, but no further adjustments will be made for missed classes.
    • If a student decides to discontinue before the end of the plan period, no refunds will be issued, and the remaining classes cannot be transferred to another month.
  7. Additional Policies for On-site Students
    • Security Deposit: A one-month security deposit is required for in-center enrollments only.
    • The security deposit is refundable or adjustable only if the student provides one month’s prior notice before leaving.

Terms & Conditions for Refilling stationery

  1. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by placing an order with rartworks and they will prevail over any other document or communication.
  2. Your order is considered placed after you have completed the order form and payment has been made.
  3. Payment for stationery items is required prior to beginning your order. After ordering, the stationery will be delivered in the next class.
  4. Please note that the payment must be made online. confirmation will be sent to registered Whatsapp number for all stationery ordered.
  5. You are responsible for ensuring that all information on the order form is correct. This includes the spelling of the student name and the centre name.
  6. We regret that we cannot offer a refund. unless the product is not damaged.
  7. Product prices are listed on our website. rartworks reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  8. Rartworks strives to ensure that all information contained on our website is accurate and that descriptions and images are a true representation of our products.
  9. Materials and colors cannot always be accurately represented on a computer screen. We reserve the right to substitute materials for similar products if the materials are unavailable. However, will always notify the customer if we need to replace a product with a product that is materially different from that shown or described on our website.
  10. Rartworks will not share your personal data with third parties and will not send you any marketing material.

Note : Students who are not enrolled with RartWorks classes will not be able to place their order.
